Overall, this is a great area, and the staff has generally been flexible. The unit itself has had its ups and downs. There has also been a constant change in staff. However, I recently had an experience that was very concerning. May change my review at the end of this lease. There was a party taking place that did not appear to be properly reserved. It had been going on since around 11 a.m., and people were openly drinking alcohol. Normally, management is very strict about amenity policies, including reservations and the maximum of four guests per leaseholder. The theater room initially had a reservation sign posted, but when I entered, the sign was moved to the clubhouse area, and the space was then closed off to other residents. It appeared that whoever was hosting the gathering was att

Be aware that additional monthly fees add up to roughly $1,700+ per year on top of rent. Between pest control, trash, amenity, service, and convenience fees, the total cost ends up higher than expected. The online rent payment fee alone is $50. While these policies may be outlined in the lease, the overall experience feels very fee-heavy compared to other complexes in the area. I would recommend prospective residents read the one-star reviews carefully, as many of the concerns mentioned there reflect my experience as well.

I read reviews before I move in I was literally nervous but they say don’t listen to others judge your self this place is amazing staff is very friendly and helpful and the elevator so clean and smell refreshing I don’t know when the last time I been on a elevator smells so good everybody has a pet. The hallways clean. This was a great choice the front desk went out her way to help me with my keys. The gym is perfect for me. I’m very happy with my decision I most admit this place is big I got lost once but it was a good lost lol.

I really wanted to like this property and visited twice because I was interested in an A5 unit. Unfortunately, both visits raised concerns that made it hard to move forward confidently. First, I wasn’t allowed to see any of the other buildings or amenities beyond what’s in Building 1—not even the dog park or pet washing station, which are things I would actually use. Every time I asked about viewing an A5 or any unit listed online as “ready to lease,” I was told they weren’t available to show yet. I was finally shown an A2 that was labeled as “ready,” but it didn’t match the quality of the model at all. There were missing baseboards, the tub needed resurfacing, and a few other condition issues were noticeable even in a quick walkthrough. While touring, another resident mentioned that th

We initially loved living here. The apartment is in a great location, the price felt fair for the area, and maintenance used to be excellent. Work orders were typically handled within one to three days, and overall management seemed responsive and organized. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly after new upstairs neighbors moved in around May 2025. Shortly after they arrived, we began experiencing excessive noise. Their dog would bark for hours at a time, and there was constant running, stomping, and heavy items being dropped late into the night. The disruption was noticeable enough that we immediately knew new tenants had moved in. We began reporting these issues in May 2025 and maintained an extensive paper trail of emails, videos, and documented complaints. It took mont
