Viridian Apartments

I just moved here two weeks ago. I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment complex. I absolutely love my apartment. The price is extremely fair compared to what I was paying before. I am so happy to be living here. They come and take your trash out every day during the week. You don’t even have to walk to the dumpster. The gym area is the nicest gym I’ve ever seen in Apartment Complex in the people are extremely nice. No one has bothered me in any way shape or form I like to stay to myself, so that’s perfect and when I put an in maintenance request, it is addressed immediately.

Please Do Not Rent Here , ive been a tenant for almost 2 years and they are trying to make me pay 1300 for being 2 days late on my vacate letter with no accommodation ! I’ve been unhappy with my living experience since I’ve moved in this apartments I had to settle with a dead roach in my microwave my whole lease term they didn’t want to replace my microwave . When I toured the apartments they showed me a unit with a separate laundry area when I signed my lease and moved into the unit the washer and dryer was gone and the set up was in my bedroom closet . This is extremely upsetting and people should know this before moving in

Pros: Maintenance team are good hard working people. Cons: Worse apartment experience of my life. Customer/leasing staff unimaginably unprofessional and unqualified. Lived in a cockroach and rat infested apartment for over 6 months and drained my savings account replacing items that rats destroyed. I tried to fix things myself when it comes to most anything that I can before reaching out for help, but the situation was unbearable and unsafe from disease. After months of waiting for a solution and little in savings, the manager allowed me to move apartments. The new apartment had a broken window and random doors that were never placed, but again I dont really care since it was an improvement. Scheduled a tour online for 5 pm, I show up 20 minutes early for the tour. I was greeted with terrible service and when I asked if I could go on a tour like I scheduled they said they were unable to give me a tour for no apparent reason. They also told me as well if I wanted to tour I could only see ONE of the options I wanted to see, (I wanted to see 3 and was willing to see less) never have I had that happen at ANY leasing office. When said I wanted to move in August she was very rude about it and said rates would change, I understand that completely, but I still wanted to get a look around the property and see the housing accommodations. staff was RUDE when I was VERY KIND to them. I was determined on moving here, just because of the staff, I WILL NOT BE GIVING THIS PLACE ANY MONEY AND

The management is terrible, and the managers at the leasing office are unprofessional. They don’t respect the residents at all and often pass the buck. They also charge you additional fees without a valid reason. Honestly, I am surprised by the 3.8 rating on Google because this community is worth only 1 point. For your own sake, DO NOT come to this community.
