We would like to say how professional and helpful Alex has been from the beginning of this process, including our phone "meet and greet" as well as through the onsite Inspection. He listened to what we were in need of and helped explained what to expect before and during the Inspection as well as provided us with great resources for current repairs and projects. Alex came to our residence to inspect our deck that was built in with an addition and is a little out of the ordinary, He was looking for structural soundness and safety. Alex was on time and professional but also personable. He was very thorough and knows his stuff, he wrote out a straightforward report listing the needed interventions, putting our minds at ease. If needed I would definitely use his services again. It is very beneficial to have someone with his expertise in home inspections and structural engineering.

My house is a new build. Although, the house was already inspected through the county's inspector, my brother suggested I hire my own inspector. Steve was my inspector. Steve was thorough and he took his time. At the end of the inspection, we conversated about his findings and his suggestions. He also, proceeded to ask me if there were any questions that I had. There were only minimal questions to ask Steve because he had covered everything in our conversation. Steve was very knowledgeable with his work and showed professionalism throughout the inspection.
