Virginian Arms Apartments

Worst place to live in, the have roaches, spiders any kind of insects living there. Sewing backed up multiple times, messed up all my stuffs. Water coming from the walls under the tiles and the closets in my room was full of water. DO NOT GO THERE! They refused to give me my deposit back knowing, they didn't do anything to solve the nasty stuff that was coming everywhere I was there.

I lived at these run down apartments for two years. Moved in Sept. 2019 and the first six months I had bed bugs and had to seek shelter until this unit was cleared. But they still wanted the rent and still never accommodated me for that. The maintenance is soooo sorry and turn in false work orders. The office staff some of them are alright but scared to say something to the ones that are out of order. Do not bother about moving in because these apartments is about money. They raise the rent everytime your renew your lease. The females in this one office will make you loose your cool. The trash I see in these apartments are just ridiculously. It reminds you of the old Blodgett Holmes and othe projects from back in the days. They refused to return my security deposit and I'm consulting for l

Not even a star. I paid the application and administrative fees 2 months ago. I was approved and I still don't have any apartment. Everytime I got an appointment, they gave me an excuse. Don't go to them because they're the worse and scammers.

This is a horrible place to live not only does it look run down but you will see trash throughout the apartment community. You will always smell pot outside and inside the apartment too as your neighbors smoking will travel through the vents to your apartment. Thin walls so.you hear everything and the police are coming around hours of the day and night regularly that should tell you something.... Maintenance is short handed good luck on getting something fixed and the water smells horrible coming out of the kitchen sink. Yuck... You have been warned!!!! Rent at your own risk!!

This is the worst place to possibly live. Management is very poor. People will steal your stuff and not think twice about it. I moved out less than a month of living there. When I went to go get my deposit back the manager of the office was rude and told me that I couldn’t have it back even though I’ve never signed the lease. She got in my face and started throwing her hands in my face. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.
