I've lived here for almost 2 years. Jason, the apartment manager, is amazing, the location is incredible, and you can't beat the price point for the neighborhood. I love it. This building is beautiful, the units are ADORABLE with hardwood floors and old steam radiators. 10/10 do recommend.
Currently writing this review at 3 AM, and the neighbor's dog is still barking constantly. This issue has been flagged by many tenants multiple times throughout the past several months and still has not been seriously dealt with. The management seems to have tremendous tolerance for it. So, for anyone who is considering this place, please avoid it for your sanity's sake.
Awesome property! The maintenance team was super responsive and always took care of things incredibly quickly. 100% would recommend.
I lived in apt #202 in 1993-94 and loved the place. It was my favorite place to live.
