Nonstop issues in private parking lot which is shared between 101 & 103: first it's also shared with the two businesses on bottom level the realtor co employees always took the closest spots to building that weren't specifically labled for their customers. The no parking/tow away signs were faded and on smaller side, and never enforced. There was random people meeting up and leaving one of their vehicles for days at a time. Random people and tenants drinking and doing drugs in cars. random people sleeping in their and others cars. Illegally doing fireworks in lot hitting buildings and cars. random and business employees using lot for parking during downtown functions like car shows, parades, and festivals. 101 Virginia Apartment. I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The location is fantastic—it’s downtown, but we still feel safe, and our workplace is just a ten-minute walk away. The building is clean, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance is good. One of the highlights is the management. The apartment manager is approachable and always ready to help, and having a night manager available during weekends adds to the sense of security. Thomas, the night manager, goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping with a stuck car, misplaced keys, or addressing safety concerns. Super urban-type modern spaces, great 20’ floor to ceiling glass walls. Only 3complaints, but not worth dinging a star. 1) in a place with only stair access to the main elevator……maybe have a ramp or something so people moving in snd out don’t have to carry every box individually?2) being ultra modern as they are…why the old non-usb 110v outlets? 3) the elevator and it’s perpetual rush-hour spree of door closing on you the second it opens is fairly annoying to anyone moving in or just going up to their apartment with full hands. Virginia Square Apartments have been an awesome place to live. It's new and clean, with a great atmosphere in Sioux City. The management team is attentive, and safety measures are top-notch, with easy indoor parking. Plus, downtown amenities like Jitters Donuts, restaurants, bars, and a movie theater are all within walking distance. Recommend for anyone looking for a place to call home.

The apartment was super nice. It was perfect for what we needed at the time. Management and maintenance were always very helpful when something needed to be done. When we were ready for something different, the property manager took us to another property that we are now renting. Best experience I've had when renting ever!
