If you are in the real estate market, call Virginia! She truly is "simply the best" agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. After many, many months of searching, I finally found one on which to make an offer. She thoroughly and thoughtfully prepared all of the paperwork. The builder, however, countered at the current (higher) asking price. Virginia is incredibly patient, gifted in communication skills, and a genius in all things real estate and contracts. Terrible Service! She did not listen to our needs and just talks! She delivers things with a condescending tone and lacks of level of understanding of clients and the market. She has commission breath and does not show she actually cares about our wants/needs. Suggestion :Listen more and talk less Virginia.
