I was handling the sale of my parents' home from out of state, overwhelmed by the process and emotions that come with settling an estate. From our first phone call, Life brought a sense of calm and support I hadn’t expected from a real estate agent. Yes, she did all the things you’d hope your agent would — guided us, advised us, and got the home sold — but what stood out was her compassion and attentiveness. She always took my calls (even when I asked the same questions more than once) and offered emotional support during one of the hardest times in my life.
