Do not rent from Steve Hall. He's extremely unprofessional, resorts to bribery to get in your good graces, and tends to carry illegal substances with him if he ever goes to one of his rentals you (shouldn't) be living in. For any properties that do not have a garage or a car port to house a mower, you better have a lawn service lined up or he'll charge you extremely exorbitant fees for lawn care (that he himself will show up to do with no notice). (Think several hundred for 10 square feet of weeds) He owes money to different individuals for doing maintenance for him but you'd never guess he was a debtor due to his cocky attitude. On the topic of maintenance, he only has one contractor for all of his properties. Not a team. One man. And no, he will not show up anywhere near on time, MOLD

DO NOT USE THEM! Been trying to get my damage deposit back for months. They said they sent a check in the mail but have absolutely no proof of it. I’ve asked for check number, amount, copy of the check, nothing given to me including what they charged me for. Has not given me written notification of what they charged my deposit. Finally got a response of them and they said they are doing a stop payment on the original check and I requested them to do a tracking number for package on new check and they said no it costs extra money. Still don’t know what they’ve charged me for.

For over 5 years now, owner Ryan and company have managed dozens of co-living units for me, not the easiest task. Poor reviews seem retaliatory. Good tenants and owners, don't hesitate to work with VIP, they do care about their clients

Would definitely recommend. Got us into our place quick and painless and Maddy is the best. Anytime I have question or concern she’s so quick to respond with an answer or solution with a smile on her face. I have had zero problems with them. I wouldn’t want to deal with ANYONE else beside VIP and Maddy!

Stay away from this shady company! I had them manage two of my properties, at first everything seemed ok, but a few months into it problems started arising. They mismanaged both of my properties causing me to loose lots of money. The office never returned calls, never notified me of key items all property managers must notify the landlords, and spent my money on phantom repairs without ever getting my authorization. They scammed me out of all my rent proceeds in the end and put me in the red for the entire year! They should be reported!
