Violet on Broadway Apartments

**TL;DR: Even with an appointment, they don't care to give you a tour, homeless issues, and management is extremely lousy.** I scheduled an appointment earlier today. I arrived on time, but the leasing office door was locked. There is a sign that says "Leasing Office on 2nd floor. Ring doorbell for assistance". I did so, and no one opened the door. I waited for a few minutes and decided to call the leasing office. No one picked up. I waited an additional 15 minutes outside against my better judgement and no one came to the door or called me back. Abysmal service, clearly. If I can't get a hold of the leasing office with an appointment, I can't imagine how I'd get a hold of them if I encountered an issue while renting there. We were so grateful to Alex for taking time to show us the complex and a 2-bedroom unit this afternoon. She was friendly and accommodating -- even though we kinda popped in with no appointment! We're thinking about a move to Boulder, and if Alex is a representation of the staff at Violet on Broadway, this will definitely be a top choice! Amy and Scott Reagan

- Refused to return my deposit - Homeless people slept in the hallways - Management is basically un-contactable - Fixtures are cheap and fall off regularly But the lighting is good and the maintenance guy is fantastic

Loved living great location, beautiful views, nice neighbors. :) Lyndsey and her team were a refreshing change of management from other apartments I've lived at. She was so helpful and accommodating and made the whole move-in and move-out process so easy! Highly recommend these apartments.
