Vintage West Apartments

This place was very nice at first for me and my little family until it wasn’t there is a horrible roach infestation, to the point where the there was one crawling on my husbands face and my neck while asleep in the middle of the night. I was very clean especially since my kid was only a 1 year and a half but regardless they would ALWAYS appear in the living room the bedroom and don’t even get me started on the bathtub! I couldn’t even properly shower me or my baby if my husband wasn’t home bc there were always roaches in the bathroom ! It was honestly DISGUSTING! My breaking point was when my son handed me a roach and the property manager was no help what so ever she claimed they weren’t roaches they were water bugs which was frustrating bc regardless they are gross and should not be at ev

Wonderful apartment complex in Lodi, one of the best! Though aged, the property is beautifully landscaped with large old trees and nice views in a quiet complex. The rent is affordable and the manager Berta is awesome! Would recommend to anyone who is typically quiet, respectful, and enjoys living in a great community. I've lived here several years and have no plans to leave.

I've been living here for almost 5 years, It's not the best apartments in the world, but does it deserve it's low rating?... Yes it actually deserves lower because from the cockroach infection, to the bathroom mold or whatever that black stuff in the corner also the smokers you're always going to find a nice cigarette on the floor with a couple puffs left, but besides all that.... Actually there's also a really strong smell that pops up randomly by the cats, while we are on the topic of cats the manager has a couple that run around the apartment, occasionally dropping sticky loads on the ground, but you'll get used to it... The apartments also have a nice laundry mat that sometimes works and the sign outside of it that tells you the time it's open and closed.... don't listen to it because
