Moved here June of 2024, single bedroom apartment paying damn near $1,000 a month for maintenance to never fix anything, people’s dogs be outside with no leash ( I kid you not I watched 3 peoples dogs get attacked and sent photos of the dogs roaming outside as well and they never confronted the owners), nasty shared washer and dryers that are always flooding, and worthless lawn men outside at 7 am leaf blowing your door, they never have the grass cut but they sure do love to have someone come use a leaf blower every week. The office is a nightmare, untrained and unqualified people who leave after a week of working there, so you can never get ahold of anyone for any problems. The creepiest place to rent ever even people working in their office don’t last at all!! Nasty and moldy!! Roaches and spiders everywhere even in the fridge eww 🤮🤮 no matter how clean you are!! They even have the audacity to charge you each month for “pest control” while NO PETS are being controlled!! Problems on top of problems…water and AC are always the main broken down!! This whole property needs to be rebuilt because it’s too ancient now!! All they do is repainting over and over while they should honestly fix things from the bottom!! I wish things were better I’ve had so many work orders go ignored i lived in apartment 112 vintage pads and never got anything fixed. My kitchen and bathroom were the worst. My whole apartment has mold in it especially the bathroom because the ceiling is constantly leaking. The property manager even lived above me and she was lazy as hell. I went to the front office to talk to someone about my apartment I was told “if they have to fix anything and get new appliances then my rent would go up” which is crazy because you’re supposed to keep up your property regardless. .Yes there are roaches, it’s so bad, I had throw away a lot of my stuff because of the mold and roaches. I’m excited that I’m finally out of this place is extremely filthy.

TERRIBLE. I’ve never had an issue that these people came out and fixed. I’ve been here since June 2024. Literally every day I’ve been here the laundry rooms have been leaking, causing a wet fermenting goo to cover the entire parking lot. I pay over a thousand dollars a month to have mold in my room window since I moved in, and for no one tell me when pest control will come spray as the place is infected no matter how much you clean. Never rent here!! It's been nothing but issues since day 1. Apartment has continuously been broken into. If you put in a work order, it doesn't get done. I've had no AC for 5 months. Mold in the walls from busted pipes never fixed. Maintenence never locks up behind them so doors always getting left unlocked or open. Charging me for gas and nothing runs on gas, or so I was told by office last week. Money hungry management with no intention of following through with promises. Worst place IVE EVER LIVED!!
