Vintage on Route 66 Apartments Tulsa OK

My husband and I moved in here the 1st of December and the only reason why I gave them two stars is because the second star puts a roof over our head otherwise me and my husband immediately regret moving in here.... We haven't had hot water for several days. This isn't the first problem because when we first moved in here everybody was nice and willing to help and now the weeks have gone by and the thing that needed to be helped the most has not been helped because of disability. The crime over here is not any better but I know that's everywhere but it's not good. Unfortunately we will probably be moving after our lease is up. We wanted to move and not move again but that's not going to happen.

The entire apartment complex is without water. This isn't the first time without water too. Water is essential, you need water to cook, bathe, mop floors, and use the toilet. It's gotten bad to the point we have to go over someone's house to shower, use the bathroom and possibly cook. Furthermore, this whole rental company seems suspect, I have a close friend who lives here and she published a review on these apartments saying how terrible it is here. Somehow, her review got deleted and she can't review anything else. If your planning on moving here, PLEASE CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Every last apartment complex is roach infested, mice infested, and torn or burnt looking on the outside. We also couldn't dump any trash because these sorry managers wont get the trash dumped anytime soon.

I’ve never been more disappointed or disrespected in my life. If I could put no stars I would. Apartments wouldn’t be so bad but the management is horrible. Rent was paid off for months and they never fixed any of our maintenance requests. Standing water in my sink for months. All the apartments are hot because the air conditioners don’t work and they do not allow window units. The washers don’t clean and have no hot water and the dryers don’t work at all. They just spin and blow cold air. I had a small load take 7 hours to dry and that is ridiculous. Something breaks when they finally try to fix it they replace metal parts with cheap plastic that breaks in a matter of days. Oh how things have changed since summer hit... we have had no air conditioning since the first of June, every time I say something I told thy have worked on it... it still don't work.. we have a portable ac unit in the apartment room to keep it under 80 in the middle of the night. So tired of seizures because I get too hot. We came home last Sunday night and our apartment was flooded and we called the maintenance man and he came to say it has to dry. Which i understand but its been a week and noone has been to check it. I told the maintenance guy that we have water standing in our room and he came to look and said it was from the upstairs. The mold is overwhelming and I have a hard time breathing in my own apartment. They had rather paint the court yard instead of fixing the apartments.

The laundry room is broke it's on my lease as provided but they shut it down overnight and we haven't had one nothing taken off our rent of course and all will have a new one this spring I think it is spring or am I wrong. Not a healthy place to live black mold coming out of the air conditioning vents I've totally had enough I'm moving out
