Vintage Durham

Our stay at the vintage has been nothing but amazing, Taliyah has been so kind and welcoming throughout our move in process here and assisted my boyfriend and I with questions we had regarding the internet services. They have gone above and beyond and communicated effectively regarding every question and concerns we have had. Ken and Austin on the maintenance team came into our unit and did line management for us and they did an amazing job. They were very personable and friendly. They genuinely care about the tenants here and I would recommend vintage Durham everyone!

We had an excellent experience with the entire staff. Collin was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the process smooth and stress-free. He made our final decision to move into The Vintage an easy one.

The leasing office staff are amazing and have been very supportive both before and after we moved in. I personally received a lot of help from Taliyah, and she was fantastic throughout the process. Truly appreciate all the assistance.

I put in a request for repair on a plumbing issue we were having. They followed up in less than 24 hours. Austin was able to fix it very quickly and knew exactly what the issue was right away. Very kind and accommodating.

Austin and Colin just saved the day! Getting my keys (car, apartment fob, etc) out of the ground sewage drain in the parking lot wasn’t on their schedule I’m sure. The both of them could not have been any more patient and kind during the whole fiasco. Thanks again, guys! You’re the best!
