Vintage Blackman Apartments

We had such a great experience touring this apartment! Krystal, the assistant manager, was amazing! She was super nice, really attentive, and answered every single question we had without making us feel rushed at all. She was very patient with us and made sure we understood everything about the lease and the property. It’s our first apartment and we’re moving from Miami which is already stressful, but she’s made the whole process feel smooth and way less overwhelming. We’re really excited about this next chapter, and a big part of that is thanks to her! Highly recommend !!

Management at Vintage Blackman is amazing! They are kind and very personable. Maintenance guys are super nice. Everyone who works here is very respectful. I can honestly say they have but nothing but awesome. Please keep in mind they are apartments and not every tenant is respectful, but that’s any apartment. If I had it to do over I would choose them again and again. I saw a lady running the office saying water was coming through the ceiling (late on a Friday at that). The manager took off running, maintenance came running. Office lady was on the phone getting people to fix it. No joke, it was caught, stopped and repaired within 2-3 hours! Who does anything that fast???? Best management team ever!

We had a great experience moving in. Megan was amazing and truly made the whole process smooth for us. She helped us move in fast, stayed honest and straightforward the entire time, and handled everything promptly. Her customer service was outstanding and really made a difference. Highly recommend this community!

After leasing an apartment at Vintage Blackman in Murfreesboro TN for 4+ years, I wanted to leave an honest and factual review based upon my 4-year experience. First, the good. The complex is nice, amenities are solid and the general upkeep of the property (excluding maintenance issues on individual apartments) is very good. The garage spots are convenient, for an extra fee of course. The clubhouse is impeccable and very nice. The complex has always felt safe. Now, the bad. We have lived through 3 management companies in the last 4+ years. The front office staff and maintenance staff of the first management company was awesome, no issues. The second management company, CMC Management, was substandard. Their communication was poor and their maintenance staff was below average. Wh
