Vintage at Citi Vista 55+ Apartments

As of this writing, 3/9/26, Mike (pictured ) is our maintenance person at Citi Vista. Mike goes above and beyond in completing maintenance requests and is an all around good human being. Sorry, ladies, Mike is married to a teacher, Heather.

A few maintenance problems to be worked out. I am happy so far with the property and management. Mostly I keep to myself and do like my apt. Need to have a discussion with management about getting clarification on some issues ,though. Thank you, Charles R. Arnold 650 Record St Reno,Nv.89512

Apartment was fine, but building is in need of some repairs that ownership seems to drag their feet in getting done. The floor in the elevator is a longtime hazard that should have been fixed immediately, but still hasn’t and cannot be helpful when showing to prospective new tenants. The constant flashing lights in the park lot have been a seizure-inducing nuisance for too long to remember when they didn’t flash. Definitely need more security from the sketchy characters that seem to hang around that area and many Residents can be unpredictably hostile or rude. The best part was the Manager Patty who addressed issues quickly, was always pleasant, and tried to get all the problems fixed….but she can only do so much without more support from her managers and ownership. Not a bad place at all,

The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The tour was excellent and all of my questions were answered. I hope to lease an apartment there soon.

I'm having a bad experience with my move in the apartment is a black hole there is no sun that touches this apartment view of a junk yard and dead trees I get no reception for TV I broke my TV moving my living room around trying to find a signal I'm disabled at least a view of the court yard would have been nice. Thank you. Very disappointed.
