Very nice place with a professional, helpful management team and great maintenance technicians. The only disadvantage of this building to live in is the parking space. Highly recommend. Best Reg Paris

I recently moved in & so far I am enjoying it very much. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I don't understand the "jailhouse" reviews, I'm sure its just nit picking because they did not qualify. If I have to pick one thing that needs to be improved, it's to have the property grounds cleaned up of people throwing their trash, food wrappings, brown bags on the sidewalk, plants, & parking lot. I also noticed some people not picking up after their dogs! This is a brand new community people that we are fortunate to live in so let's take care of it!

Unsafe at worst, frustrating at best. After touring the facility, I cannot imagine allowing my parents to live there. They are in good health, in every way, and none of us could decipher the ridiculous signage to find a friends apartment or an elevator. The "fire" doors are heavy and have no assisted ways to open. We watched (and then helped) a woman with a grocery bag struggle. It was painful to see. What about those with canes or walkers or wheelchairs?? What if there is an actual fire?? How are elderly people to get out? Parking is another hassle. As visitors I can tell you there are maybe 8-10 guest spots; some of those are hidden in the very back of the property. Parking spot are ONLY for residents who have the car registered in their name. So for the many residents who rely on their

I am a resident of Vintage Aliso Viejo, and I want to express my appreciation for the positive changes that have occurred since Mojan became the manager. Under her leadership, various improvements have been made, such as parking area enhancements and fresh paint on all corridor walls and floors. Mojan is not only diligent in her work but also maintains a friendly rapport with all residents. Every time we reach out to her, she is eager to assist. Having her as the manager has been a great asset, and we are truly grateful.

It is to bad that a brand new property has no concern for what is really going on. You have big dogs in 1 unit, since when do people have 2 service dogs of that size? Your tenants are allowed to park wherever they want. You do not honor your referral fee. You have no understanding that 100% non smoking means NO SMOKING. A 3 day to conform or quit notice is all your lazy manager has to do. So, as many times that i looked at this property, if you have lousy management who wants to really live there.
