Vintage at 18th Street

I am documenting this publicly because Vintage at 18 Apartments managed by Triarc Living has failed to respond to a serious maintenance emergency. Around 8:00 PM, I contacted the emergency maintenance line because sewage began backing up into my apartment through the toilet, bathtub, and dishwasher. The odor is strong enough that it can be smelled outside the building. This is clearly a serious sanitation and health issue. I received a text message saying the issue was being worked on, but more than 14 hours later I have received no follow-up communication and no one has come to address the problem. I just had surgery three days ago and am currently on strong medication, making it physically difficult for me to manage basic tasks let alone deal with sewage backing up into my home. Despite

If you love taking you a good hot shower after a long day do NOT move here for the past two week we have not had any hot water and they keep saying there working quickly to resolve the issue but there's always an excuse every day why it's not been resolved. They brought in a temporary solution but that only worked for three days then we were back to cold water.They then had the audacity to say they are going to wave the water utility bill for the month of March as they should but that's not enough for the pain and suffering of taking a cold shower everyday. I would highly recommend moving somewhere else me myself cannot wait until my lease is up will not be renewing.

When they say “vintage” they mean it . Been here 4 months and there’s been hot water issues for 3months . They quick to let you know they tagged on the water bill to the rent and yet haven’t had a full week of hot water . No one is trying accommodate for the issue . I have to constantly leave just to use hot water . I’m not dumb they rigged the water system so much that it completely gave out which in turn Forced them to bring in a temporary portable water system . Which didn’t improve anything because a week later we still getting emails about them working on the water system waiting for it to be replaced . If only 0 stars were an option. I moved into these apartments less than a month ago and have already faced numerous issues. Firstly, my apartment was broken into, and the management seemed more concerned about the noise from the incident rather than addressing the serious safety concerns. Additionally, I have not been able to use my front door since moving in due to a faulty lock, forcing me to rely on the patio door for access. The apartment was not move-in ready. My carbon monoxide detector was already at the end of its life, and essential items like stoppers and light fixtures were missing or broken. My stove was also broken, and the management’s response has been unhelpful. Moreover, other residents have allowed their dogs to relieve themselves right in front of my apartment without

My stay here at the Vintage has been every bit of AMAZING, I can honestly say this place has been like home to me for 40 years straight. I've been a resident here for over 40 years and the office staff has brought such a huge change this property. Nina, Kyran, and Joshua has been a huge help in the leasing office, they are such great people and also an amazing staff. I would most definitely be renewing here again .
