Vintage Apartments

Great place to live! The apartments are nice and they are safe. Kathy is really great manager. She will make all the improvements asked for and never even argue about it. The place is also very calm and perfect, neighbors are nice and there is no drama I have witnessed before. It is also very green and the units are very spacious. I have been living for almost 3 years now and I have never had any issues.

DO NOT rent here! If I could, I would leave ZERO stars!!! I’m not a tenant, but was a prospective one as I was in search of a new place. The manager, Kathy is rude, inattentive, abrupt and has NO customer service skills of whatsoever. I e-mailed inquiring about some of the models and her e-mails were nothing but one word answers such as “nothing available” “rented out”, etc. I asked if she could elaborate as to when she may have availabilities and a waiting list, but I heard nothing from her. It’s your job to tend to potential tenants, but I’ll gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere. Shame on you Kathy!!!

have heard nothing but negative reviews from online as well as current residents of this property. Almost all of the people I've asked about potentially looking here for a new place advised I DO NOT consider this location. About everyone including current tenants referred to the Property Manager Kathy, as rude and unprofessional. I would advise others to consider another location. Management at this property is not helpful.

Kathy the leasing manager has awesome customer service and has a beautiful property!
