Vinings at Carolina Bays

I lived in unit 916 with a close friend and her three kids and dogs from March til early July and had a great experience. The complex is safe, clean, and close to the beach and plenty of other places. The gym and pool were always in great condition and maintenance was always on top of things. Excellent apartment!

Absolutely love my home. Lived at the Vinings for 3 years. Wonderful place to live, the office personnel are amazing. Sunday is a real gem and the office manager is always available. When anything needs fixing the maintenance team is very prompt and the amenities are great. The pool makes me feel like I’m at a resort instead of home. All around no negative energy or experience.

From the moment we toured this property we have felt heard and understood with any inquiries we may have had. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful, and the complex is lively and full of nice people. Most of all, Ms Sunday was the most incredible help through the process of applying and signing our lease. We are so so grateful for her guidance throughout the process. She was immediately inviting and thorough, answering any questions we may have had before they even had to be asked. Thank you all again for such a smooth amazing experience!

I lived here Nov '22 - May '23. Absolutely loved it! Awesome, kind office staff. Very prompt maintenance staff. I would live here again. I highly recommend! Three and a half miles from beach via 48th Street.

The Vinings at Carolina Bay became our new home just a few weeks ago, and I can honestly say it has been nothing but smooth sailing!! The staff in the office, Sandy especially, provided incredible service to any of our needs. Even the maintenance staff goes above and beyond, Matt fixes any issues we have in timely manner with a smile! Not to mention how beautiful the apartments and landscaping surrounding us are! You can tell everyone puts in a great amount of work to keep this place running well! Thank you!
