Vineyard Pointe Apartments

My friend Anita is a disabled veteran. She had to endure 3 weeks of no maintenance support on a clogged sewer. She had sewage and debris spilling from the sinks dishwasher and bathtub for 3 weeks. There was no one to contact. This was non stop cleaning, unable to cook, clean or even shower. Thank God that she has me and family who saw her through it. Had to call Code Enforcement just to get that Property Manager to respond. From July 8th to July 28th is unbearable. The Property Mgr has a terrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Maria in the office needs to practice customer service if I was in front of her I probably would of threw something at her …you don’t cut people off when they’re talking you wait and let them finish their sentence then you answer whether you have something available or not your job is to properly inform them with the correct information despite what the internet says.

Just moved in a few weeks ago! Amazing friendly staff and it’s a quiet place to live! I love hearing the children playing. The property and grounds are kept up very nicely.

Excellent customer service, food,atmosphere can not get enough. Prices are just right..food portions are perfectly reasonable.

Apartments are nice and the neighborhood is nice (5 stars). The one star is for customer service.
