Weekly inspections and treating tenants horribly! Beware must better places to rent from definitely stay away from this place!!

Beautiful apartments and townhomes.. id kill to live there.. but because the city of dowagiac said that I owe them a 2 grand water bill, at a place I never lived in mind you, the city rejected our application, after we were told we were approved, at the last minute.. even though I told them I never lived in said address, that my ex wife and her husband did.. and I can prove it, the city said that I'm still responsible for the Bill.. all this after we were packed, and our HUD housing paperwork was transferred and our deposit was there.. so if you owe a bill to the city of dowagiac.. don't even bother applying there. No one I've talked to at other HUD apartments, Even the one we were moving from, said they have never heard of any place refusing someone housing over a utility bill.. so rant o

i lived here when i was younger and it was alright the worst that would happen is the manager would tell me not to climb the trees, this is not the same place i lived in now people are letting off shots at night time and shiz

Worst apartment complex in town.. very dirty.. management sucks and maintenance are worthless.. just do a drive thru and see for your self..
