Beautiful park, clean and tidy! Great management! My parents lived here for 11+ years and then I had the pleasure of living here for 2. Had to move when they passed and I'm now looking for a park in another area but nothing else compares. If you are considering a move into this park, do it! You will have NO regrets.Kudos to the management for delivering the best of MHP living.

I don’t live here but I’ve ridden through on by bike plenty of times. Good location, always clean and neat, trail access to shadow cliffs wilderness area and a bocce ball court in the back. Honestly, I might try living here if I met the criteria! -Nearly- everyone I’ve met has been nice and friendly, happy to return a wave and a smile when I pass through. This one lady crabbed that my dog needed to be on a leash, yet her dog was straining at its leash barking and growling while my dog (yes, leashless) was quietly heeling and being obedient. I do not exaggerate. Ah well. The important thing is, I humbly apologized and put my dog on her leash, but this lady still opted to be ungracious and rude about it. THAT is why the entire neighborhood has been docked a star. Sorry!

UPDATE: see below: Saving $$$$ each month living here! 8 years ago, my FIL moved here....neither of us were 55, so we did not qualify. The day hubby turned 55..we got the keys to our new home! We knew with our kids out and living their best lives...that the chance of them returning to the Bay Area was slim...so we could not see continuing to spend thousands each month on (property taxes, electric, HOA, interest on home loan, etc.). We now live in this beautiful community, have a lovely home overlooking the back end of Shadow Cliffs--see all kinds of nature from Bald eagles to little cotton tails and can choose to invest those saved monthly $$$$ to our retirement! woohoo! #VineyardEstates. I feel like living in this 'active adult community' is a secret that we were lucky to find five
