Villlas at Edgewood

At first it was good living here until We had a big nasty leak in the toilet & bathtub it was disgusting it was like that for 5 days! the apartment was getting paid off so i decided to leave with my husband (he was working out of town) since I had my 3 year old and we couldn't shower or even use the restroom properly they took long to try and fix it. when we came back they changed the locks said it was abandoned and took back our apartment threw away all our kitchen stuff couches and house stuff 😥 I don't see how they would think it's abandoned since we called them about a leak.. they said cause their was no electricity mind you it was off only for 2 weeks but I don't see how that's their problem they shouldn't care what we have in our apartment or if we have light or not since the apartme

Love the management here , specially the lady name Adreaiele . She does a phenomenal job handling those tenants there . Not only that she treats it more than a job she’s interested in making the community better for them and specially the children. It’s nothing for them to do there but she goes out of her wait to find something entertaining for them to do . I would recommend this place for anyone in need of an apartment. Process is fast, simple and, easy.

Idc what yall have heard about this place in the past! The new owners n MANAGEMENT are amazing!!! Adree the manager is truly a blessing she has done a whole 360 around this community! She has brought n fullfilled every promise she offered to this community! Work orders r being completed! The new renovations r reallly really nice! They kidz now have a food program here, now the landscapers are here making the area really nice and comforting. Im glad to have someone who is here to care and really wanna change the way the property used to be. Once they let her paint over the ugly red lol. But this is truly becoming the BEST afforadble living community on Lancaster!

When you first get there the parking lot looks like a country bunkin road. Then when you walk on the property trash is just every where. They don't like to come out the same day to fix on things....you have to wait 3 - 4 days just to fix one thing. Then the ppl that walks around they have broken into people car's and stealing catalytic converters off of ppl car's.

A great place to start back up! They do 2nd chance leasing the units are very spacious great commute close to everything! Adree really helped me out with my move in process. No where else would accept me. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a 2nd chance! I love my apartment I have backsplash in my kitchen!
