Geneva was very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all our questions with patience.

Wonderful place to live! Management is spot on and maintenance is prompt. Just a few block to the Strand in the historic District. Walk to restaurants and other venues.

This time it was promptly. Thank you so much; but we still need a working AC in building 8 ; it's extremely hot in the hallways now this summer and last winter it was extremely cold, and by the elevator on the first floor,.Also my window in my bedroom and sometimes the living room still leaks when it rains hard for the past 7 years. The living room right window side bulks whenever we get a hard rain. Every time they say that it's fixed ,it start back leaking either the same month or a couple of months later. The frame around my bedroom windows are bent on the outside of my window
