I had a great time meeting Margarita at Villas on the Hill. She greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been here just under a year, and I am very satisfied. I'm in a one bedroom. The apartments are a good size and laid out nicely. I don't drive, so having easy access to public transportation is key for me, and there are bus stops near the gates at either end of the property. The management team is friendly and helpful, and whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the response has been swift. It's close to shopping and eateries on both Camp Bowie and in Cityview. Also close to the Trinity Trails for biking and walking. I have no complaints, at all. EDIT: As of July 2023 I would amend my rating to one star. Cheryl Nix is horrible..... She claimed my mother has not paid rent for over a year, when asked to provide evidence and documents, she ran to the courts and filed eviction on A Former Army Military vet who has served her country, since then My mother has found a place which have welcome her with open arms.

I have lived at Villas on the hill 4 years. The ladies in the office today are caring, understanding, and willing to work with you on any issues or troubles you may run into financially and more!! As a single mama this type of bond with my property management is very important! I’m very grateful! Thank you ladies! the paperwork is organized and prepared for when you walk in the door to sign! They explain the paperwork clearly & let you know they are available for any issues with the apartment (If any)! You get your keys and they give you your space and privacy!! Always there when needed! Villas on the hill property management ladies are wonderful!!

My family and I just moved into the complex both ladies are SUPER nice and are very straight forward about how the process works! They had all the paperwork ready for my husband and I to sign, they will work with you I LOVED working with both of these ladies I’m am so glad we got to move in under their management! Coyia and her assistant stayed in touch during the entire process! They went above and beyond for my family and I!
