This review is well overdue but I have always expressed to the employees physically about their work and efforts . Let’s start off with Victoria the property manager . She always is so helpful and so kind she made my process seamless . She may not get back to you right away but she will respond I promise . Now let’s talk about Kenia the manager of villas on Olive . Super approachable woman always makes sure I get things done when needed . Very flexible and understanding and you don’t find to many people like that in a leasing office . I had about 10 things in my home that needed to be fixed and maintenance man Eddie came thing 15 minutes of my request and fixed everything . Wanting a long term place to live? Not here! They will GUARENTEE raise your rent by 7% EVERY YEAR while advertising much lower rates. The one year i got a small increase? They added a $35 parking fee despite no changes to parking enforcement and refusing to tow people parked in your assigned spot. The people they allow in here are disgusting and leave bins of used diapers outside for weeks. Despite MULTIPLE calls and emails to the front it was never taken care of UNTILL I DELT WITH IT. Management is TERRIBLE, always having to get "corporate" approval for every little thing, always having a revolving door of office staff, losing ADA paperwork then asking if you have copies of it and more. Not to mention FEEEEES! this place LOVES adding as many fees as they can. Expect pay about $300 more on

I would just love to say that the entire staff is amazing, but the reason I’m leaving this review today is because of one special person and her name is Victoria( the regional manager) she’s definitely God sent! Victoria is very professional, understanding and kind. The word for her is exceptional, thank you Victoria for making my experience here at villas on Olive a great one! You are the best!

Lived here for two years. First year was amazing because it was under a different property management. After that; everything went down hill. Started paying close to $2k for a 1 bedroom. Visitors don’t respect parking spots of people who actually live here. Beware if you move over here now. It’s not what it used to be. If you wanna use the grills or pool on the weekends forget about it. Good luck!

These apartments are really nice and look exactly like the pictures posted online. Our unit is very up to date and clean. We want to thank Steven Manos for being professional and going out his way to make sure we got moved in today. The entire property staff were professional and made the move in process very easy. Thank you for having our family apart of the community.
