Villas of Spring Creek

I’ve been living in this community for the past two years and continue to stay here because it truly feels like home. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and a great place to live. The leasing staff is amazing — always professional, friendly, and ready to help. A special thank you to Elizabeth, who is absolutely wonderful. She is responsive, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have lived here since 2020 in a unit under the 2A3TH floor plan (a 2-story, 1-bedroom/bathroom apartment with no garage and the bedroom on the second floor). The unit itself has been good and relatively hassle-free, with only a few issues. My main issues are with the amenities and the community itself. Issues with the apartment: • High electricity usage In other apartments and in my new house, I use less than 1000 kwh/month, but I reguarly run 2000-3000 kwh/month in this apartment. I believe the main culprit is my upstairs AC unit running nearly 24/7, despite it being set to 72. • High humidity My apartment will regularly run at 60-70% humidity, requiring regular use of a dehumidifier. The Villas of Soring Creek are my top choice to live. The location is great and so far I noticed that the property is kept clean and all of the units are updated. The apartment staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through my experience. Madison Moore was so friendly and made my apartment shopping experience so easy!

I had a great experience living here. This location is also very convenient, close to stores like Walmart, restaurants,recreation center, and kids’ activities.The maintenance team is quick and does a good job with repairs efficiently. ABIGAIL from the leasing office is very helpful and friendly. Overall, a good and safe place to live.

I have lived at this property since May of 2025. The initial move in process was good minus a few glitches. The leasing consultant was very helpful which influenced my decision to move here. However, I have had a horrible experience since then. My upstairs neighbor or up all times of the night and early morning, screaming, beating the walls and stomping. I have not had a good night's rest since moving here. I had spoken with several people in the office, who basically told me to call the police. They also gave my personal cell phone number to the upstairs neighbors, who then called me twice to discuss the issue. That is unacceptable and a violation of my privacy.
