I never had smoothly moved-in like this time. Bianey helped me everything. She is top of everything. Wonderful experience. Appreciate her work! She is still answering my questions and quick response!!!!!! She is the best!

Do not live here! Our apartment flooded twice and both times they had a restoration crew come in and fix the moldy interior and the property manager didn’t even attempt to have our hotel reimbursed from the air community management company. Property manager would enter apartment without proper notice. People moved out due to lead, mold and god knows what else infested that building. They also played the exact same music over and over again every day it was so unpleasant. Please keep away.

This apartment building is very spacious and quiet. The street it is on is very calm and serene with neighbors walking their dogs in a very nice area close to many choice stores and restaurants. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable. There are young people and families living here for a good mix of tenets. The management is absolutely amazing and friendly. I highly recommend The Villas.

I recently lost my home in the Eaton Canyon Fire, and was weary about living in an apartment for the rebuild. However, this apartment is roomy, the premises are cleaned daily, it feels very safe, the neighbors are friendly, the pets and building are quiet, the pool area is respected with quiet hours, and the neighborhood is cozy and perfect for walking. The property manager, Bianey is also amazing, personable, very responsive and stays on top of things!

After losing my home in Eaton fire I was amazed at how difficult finding a place to live was. I was then amazed at the treatment I received when trying to apply at many of the places that were available. Then I found the Villas and Ms Bianey. She was far and away the kindest and most sympathetic person I had encountered. She took time to get to know me and what my needs were. She paid attention to the little things and worked hard to find just what we needed. The Villas are a wonderful place to live and if you get to work with Bianey you are blessed!!
