Nicole (MGR), Dinora (ASST. MGR), Henry (HEAD MAINT) and Luis (ASST. MAINT) all have one thing in common: They focus on you as if there aren't 50 other situations they also need to take care of that day. Requests from the office are answered right away and maintenance issues are completed over and above with smiles almost immediately. This will be way too long if I elaborate. Seriously ~ fabulous work by amazing people. Things like getting on the incredibly clean elevator that smells great is a big difference from prior places. The groupings on every floor of furniture put in the many open spaces overlooking the pool and fountain area encourage conversation and making new friends. The maintenance Department came on the same day and changed the filter and heater ok, when we first put the heater alarms were going when maintenance came the dust on the heater coils had burned off, no issue. The shaggy carpet we were never able to see the Apartment till moving day even thought we came 3 times 40 minute drive always an excuse, not ready, no key, the key was never to be found, we steamed the carpet 3 times and the globes of hair and dust and stains don't come off. Carpet was not replaced before we came, don't know how long the other person lived here.

It's a beautiful place to live. Peaceful, with caring and effective workers, they are ready to help everytime. The community programs, games are very educative . The guys here are jewels. My dishwasher is not working right and they suggested using jet dry and cleaned my disposal also. Considering it's age it does a pretty good job.

Nicole Moeller, Dinora Gonzales, Henry Griffin and Luis Velasquez are the most loving, caring professionals. Nicole Moeller is always open, honest and fair when discussing any issue. As the manager Nicole is a perfect bridge between management and the residents. Dinora Gonzales answers many calls a day with her cheerful calm knowledgeable demeanor. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been complete timely and is quality work. If is a major repair they check back the next day to make sure your are satisfied and there are no additional issues. Henry Griffin is without a doubt, the best maintenance man in Katy. Henr
