Villas of Omaha At Butler Ridge

Love it here, if anyone is leaving negative comments, it’s because they are just not patient people, are never satisfied and probably never will be, or have never lived in an apartment complex before and realize there are most likely 1000 people here. Maintenance is great, even when they are super busy they let you know that they are not forgetting about you, just fixing AC’s and other stuff which I have no problem with, and is obviously higher priority, but they always fix any request in an extremely timely fashion. Ryan just shows up sometimes out of the blue and gets it done real quick even though they have other things to do. Management is great, they listen to what you need and they take care of it. Rent and garage price is higher than other places around here with the same amenities,

Kendrell completed our most recent maintenance requests efficiently and with craftsmanship. He does excellent work and we always feel confident when he is assigned to our requests. Thanks again, Kendrell, for another job well done! We appreciate you!

The maintenance guy was very nice and apologetic about the fact that he can do nothing about the fire alarms. They go off quite often when I am cooking. ( making toast, making pizza, frying bacon). The real problem here is that if the alarms go off often, will people react if they hear it and it’s a real fire?

My husband and I love living here! The staff are great and communicate well, maintenance is friendly and responsive, and overall we’ve enjoyed being a part of the community.
