Villas of Mission Bend

I lived at the Villas of Mission Bend four years. Debbie and Linda (God rest her soul) were so sweet to me from the very beginning! I didn't get to know DeeAnn very well before I left, but everyone, including maintenance, was always so nice! Never had to wait on any problems being fixed, they were always so quick! I left to spend time with my Brother in Arkansas because he was ill. If I ever move back they would be the first place I call. Thanks so much!

My mom was transferring from out of state. I needed a nice neighborhood and property that would be comfortable for her with a great location. The first place I looked was Villas of Mission Bend. I toured the property with Debbie and had a great experience working with her and viewing the property. I went on to look at 4 more properties around the area and several online searches. I called Debbie a week later to start selecting a move in date. Debbie worked with me on the move in date and time line and was considerate with all the implications of moving across the country. My mom loves her place! The apartment was clean, the carpet was new, and the walls painted on move in date. I couldn’t be happier for my mom. She is close to several groceries stores and close to get to from where I live.

From reading all the posts. Debbie must have given me the worst Apartment. The foundation is so bad until I have a big gap in my door. The walls in my apartment have seams from the ceiling to the floor. The ceiling has places where it is coming apart. I have never been late on my rent and at the present it is current. I have begge d for 8 months for my front door to be replaced but Debbie has refused. I had to repair my own lock and Debbie has gotten angry because I did it but I am 69 years of age I need to feel safe in the place where I dwell. I further have had to contact the city and the building inspector is currently trying to help me. Maybe it's because I am Black I don't know, but different races are treated differently. Now she is retaliating because I went to the city insp

The Villas of Mission Bend is a great place to live. I just moved my mom in and she loves it! Debbie and DeeAnn made this a smooth transition and were always available to answer our questions.
