-Heavily Infested with roaches! Apartment is located at Villas Del Sol, Phase One, 657 E. 16th St, Building 7, Apartment 147 in Plano, TX!!! I see they have this unit listed for rent, RIGHT AFTER I JUST LEFT THIS WEEK ON TUESDAY, 11/8/2022! It also blows my mind that they're attempting to re-rent this after the property manager Erica said she would leave it empty for awhile so that they could work on the infestation of roaches issue!!! Also, I talked to a few of the neighbors. One of them told me that the previous tenants had been very dirty. Another neighbor seen me moving out and said how he's about to leave, also, due to the heavy roach infestation! Other concerning issues with this property: -Old and falling apart. -Illegal, or at the least, sketchy renting practices. Rented a 1 b

I have lived here for one year, my experience has been wonderful. The office staff is very friendly and always available. Maintenance is great, i am very happy living here . I would highly reccomend to anyone.

Must say, i love this place. Very family oriented community and the staff is great! New management is great and they work hard on making a positive impact. My kids love the parties!
