Absolutely in love! When I first applied, Jeanette (the manager) was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. The security team is very up-to-date and always on standby, which makes me feel safe. The property is always clean, and they host cute annual door-decorating contests! Each month they release a newsletter filled with helpful information about upcoming events and important dates, and they also host fun mini events for residents. The staff is consistently kind and welcoming with any issues that come up. During my tour, everything looked spotless and the apartment smelled wonderfully fresh! I’ve gotten extremely comfortable with my apartment and am very happy I was able to move in.

I love living here! I have lived at this complex for almost 5 months and it has been a great experience. From first applying for information online, they contacted me quickly unlike the other places I submitted information requests for. They scheduled me a tour which was very thorough and informative. This was going to be my first time moving into my own place and the 2 girls Jeanette and Vanessa, helped me out so much!! They have both been very kind and welcoming every time I interact with them. Upon moving in, they even surprised me with a little “welcome home” basket filled with a bunch of apartment essentials. I had a great move in, the office staff is very helpful and thorough. Theyre very nice and gave me a lot of information. They always answer the phone and when i needed a service it was done really fast. The welcome basket was super cute and helped a lot too. I've liked living here so far for 4 weeks, it's been mostly quiet and I like the landscaping and the rose bushes. It's one of the few places in town that's month to month which is great.

The photographs are from a studio unit I leased for 10 months. This location can be noisy and homeless people go through trash at the dumpster. On-site management has an attitude if you think they overcharge you on the security deposit. They took $375 out of $1075 security deposit. Be aware of what they said. The worst place I ever leased. The management does not provide the best customer service. I am glad that it was only 10 months. There’s criminal activities I heard from other tenants that they have to deal with when I was in the leasing office. If you see Villa Del Norte apartments, just run.

I help an elderly resident here and I help her with her errands and chores. She wished to remain anonymous but complains every time that there is other residents that use up the guest parking stalls which is two across from each other. I’ve complained for the resident since she wishes to remain anonymous. I feel it’s unfair for me to be assisting a resident and know that YOUR residence is angry about the parking suruation
