The maintenance is tops, and always with a nice greeting and a smile! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome property! I l enjoy our community and we all look out for each other. Very friendly staff and maintenance personnel. A relaxed and laid back environment with great amenities. The location is in the heart of McAllen, very close to Uptown and local shopping centers. It’s a very convenient location for just about anything!

The worst deal in amenities for the best community my cuestión for the so call new owners , is all the things happening now fair for paying my rent what’s happening , whirlpool out of service , the poool is all green and out of service for almost a month if we add the time that we get kicked out from the poll cuz you didn’t change a bulb , well that’s with the pool , new neighbors coming from the pulga used to lived on the dirtiness , all the patios smell like dog and cat s&#t I mean we are worse but I’m still paying my rent on time so what’s the time for you to care about this , I’m going to put together the neighbors to rise the voice on we’ll do something about it , I don’t want to live in a filthy environment I want to use the pool i don’t want to go out my house and smell like I’m on

this is a nice place to live, the apartments are cosy and compact, there is a sense of community, and the pool looks clean and fun to use, there are lots of parking spaces and the gates work well with the codes. I love hearing the birds while i’m walking around the area.

As someone who's lived in several apartments over the years, it's really hard to find one you can really call home. Walking around this little community, it feels lively, the air feels fresh, the vibe feels positive, and when I'm at my apartment I finally feel like I'm HOME! I couldn't have done it without the patience and communication from management, she made it such a pleasurable and fun experience! I LOVE THIS PLACE
