Villas at Zaragosa Apartments

We moved here in May of last year, and as we approach our one-year anniversary, I can confidently say this has been one of the most peaceful and stress-free places we’ve lived. The community has been wonderful, and both Joe and Rita have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our time here. We truly appreciate everything they do. My son has literally grown up in this apartment, and it genuinely feels like home. We’re very grateful to live here.

The Villas have made it a great move in experience. Rita and the staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, we're quick to respond to any questions or concerns needed. The complex is well cared for. Apartment was clean and well maintained with no issues. Apartment living is an experience on itself, noise from other apartments is a norm. On the most part the community is very quiet, residents are friendly, and good amenities.

This has to be hands down one the best experiences I’ve had while renting. Rita is an amazing property manager and the staff is always so helpful! The complex maintains its buildings and beautifuls scenery. Maintenance is quick at responding to requests. The gym and pool pull this place together with that resort style living. Everyone who I’ve had over compliments the layout of the complex, the upkeep on the property and the overall positive vibes you get from being here. 10/10 recommend - I have had NO complaints since moving in 8 months ago.

Great place to live! From the very beginning, the office staff made my move smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. Maintenance has also been amazing quick to respond and very welcoming, which really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful community and a great experience. I highly recommend these apartments!

My visit with the staff was fantastic—they were courteous and professional throughout. A special thanks to Mrs. Rita, who took the time to show us around. We will definitely consider making this our new home!
