Villas at Playa Vista - Malibu

Guillermo Ramos and Jazmine Perkins are the best. Since moving in about a year ago, these two have been welcoming, friendly, and extremely attentive to my needs as a resident. They both have strong communication, follow up when needed, and are always willing to help resolve an issue or answer a question. I mostly feel bad that I am always bothering them to renew a resort pass every two days, but I always feel well taken care of. I’ve moved to six different complexes throughout LA over these last four years, and office members like Guillermo and Jazmine are hard to come by. It’s honestly a huge plus that my dog, Bao the Chow, likes them both as they always greet him with a treat when we come in. Both are huge assets to your team, 10/10 for them. Do not recommend living here if you value peace of mind, transparency, or respectful management. Experience with management was deeply frustrating and disappointing. 1. Dismissive Communication: Questions or concerns we shared via phone or email throughout our stay required repeated follow-ups. Upper management was often dismissive and often contradicted themselves verbally without providing written clarity, which lacked professionalism and made it difficult to trust the information we were given. Towards the end, we had to be proactive in requesting a response or written documentation. (We didn't for one item at move-out and, of course, got conflicting information about move-out fees and paid the price for it. No pun intended). 2. Jazmine Perkins at the leasing office was honestly such a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to help me with everything I needed and made it feel so easy. She’s super warm, genuine, and actually makes the space feel like home. I’ve never felt that kind of energy in this building before. You can tell she really cares and it shows in how she talks to people and gets things done.

Everything was nice. Just moved in. Excellent area and location. Thank you very much Jazmine Perkins for friendly meeting and professionalism in work. She was very hospitable💫🙏🏻

We’ve loved our 4 years living at the Malibu Apartments. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the entire staff - including the hardworking security, repair, and maintenance teams - is kind and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents, which really makes a difference. Special thanks to Guillermo in the leasing office for always being so helpful and attentive, we truly appreciate it!
