I cant give a review they don't deserve it i applied 2 years ago and said im confirmed and I called recently she said I have to go in and apply smh and now I don't qualify until next year and also said they have a unit available until October I can go in whenever so idk if to believe em or not and im a California boy trying to move to texas

I’ve been a resident of villas de Penitas for almost 10 years. Never had a problem there. I love living there ,staff very nice, responsible and clean. Always checking maintenance any problems always fixed right away very lovely neighbors and great gated pool “safe “ very fair prices Love it.

Villas at Peñitas is a wonderful place to live. I've been living in a 1-bedroom apartment since June 2022 and units have everything you'd hope to have. Onsite laundry, a swimming pool, good neighbors and recently constructed units with minimal to no wear on them are just some of the elements that make these apartments a terrific value. The staff is very professional and decent with notifying residents about changes/planned work on the units. I've yet to experience an issue with communication here. Peñitas is a growing area and only a few years ago would you find it hard to hear people say they could see themselves living here. Had been wanting information for over a month, i called and was told there was 2 bedroom apartments available. I proceeded to put an appointment and the lady had said i could go in Saturday. Friday comes around and i call to verify the appointment time , she tells me it's canceled. Then i had an appointment today and i called Monday to make sure it was a 2 bed room they had available and they had said yes. I go in today, start the application i even had the money orders. Then she continues to say that our 3 bedroom will soon be available. I wasted like 30 to 40 min there filing out an application to something i didn't want. If you don't have something available please don't be saying you do and wasting our time
