Place was very unprofessional and a scam. A lady by the name Maria told us that credit doesn’t matter. Our credit will only effect how much our deposit would be. She encouraged us to apply made it seem like we would qualify but then denied us because of credit. When we called back to ask what are the requirements to move in she was being very defensive. Would not answer none of my questions. Kept referring me to the website which she stated was out dated and that they don’t do any of those things any more. When we told her we spoke with you yesterday she said no she didn’t but then told me that we didn’t qualify because of our credit.
