Villas at Legacy Apartments

I have had the pleasure of living here at the villas at legacy for about a year now. The maintenance team is incredible. They always respond and complete any requests I put in professionally and promptly. The management team here genuinely cares about residents. It’s clear to see with the resident events that bring us all together and allow us to enjoy different games with prizes and family fun. The leasing staff answers calls like they truly want to be there and it’s clear they enjoy what they do. I personally enjoy using the community dog park. My dog loves to run around and they have doggy bag stations throughout the community to ensure pet cleanliness. Could not be happier to have chosen the villas at legacy as my new home.

Sydney is the absolute best. Touring with her was an amazing experience. Her positive, welcoming energy and her professionalism made me feel comfortable right away. She was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through several floor plans within my budget, and clearly explained every detail, including potential fees that often get overlooked. Apartment hunting can be extremely stressful, but she made the process feel simple, transparent, and relaxed. I never felt pressured, only supported and informed. I’m so grateful for how smooth she made everything. With everyone renting nowadays, she genuinely understands and cares about helping you find a place that feels like home while staying in your personal budget. Sad that I have to do this, but our experience here has been good until recently. After 3 weeks of cancelling our maintenance ticket for a leak in our master bathroom, refusal to check for mold damage, and now our toilet flooding after they sent vendors to fix the shower valve BUT it messed up our apartment’s water pressure. And ZERO proactive communication about these issues. Time will tell if they actually take responsibility to fix the water damage around our shower on the drywall, laminate floor seeping water and now damp carpet because it spread - ALL of which are mold hazards and a risk to our health. Villas at Legacy’s management and maintenance DO NOT care about doing a proper job of fixing issues and communicating, instead do patch up work.

Toured this community today and I am so excited to move in! The community is a little older, but is very well kept and very clean. The leasing team were very friendly, even though I had a lot of questions. I spoke with both Lauren and Sydney. They were both engaging and friendly, which was a breath of fresh air compared to the several other complexes I’ve toured recently. I’m especially excited to be close to HEB and the large city dog park across the street! I can’t wait to move in!

We’ve had the privilege of working with Villas at Legacy Apartments in Plano for the past three years, and it’s been a great partnership all around. Sarah, the community manager, is fantastic to work with—communicative, organized, and genuinely invested in both the residents and the vendors who support the property. The maintenance team deserves just as much credit. They work hard, stay on top of a demanding property, and consistently do their best to keep everything running smoothly. From an HVAC standpoint, what really stands out is that issues are addressed promptly. Repairs aren’t delayed, problems are taken seriously, and resident comfort is clearly a priority.
