Villas at lake smart

I've been a resident here since 11/2024. The office staff is polite and incredibly helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. It's quiet, I have had zero problems here. The only issue I have is that the trash compactor is full to overflowing in the evenings, but the staff does an excellent job cleaning up the following morning. The apartments are beautiful and spacious.They are very affordable.

I've been living at villas at lake smart since September of 2012 and never had any problems with no one everybody in the office is very helpful and polite, the maintenance as well when ever I needed something fix in the apartment it there never took long to fix. I will and had recommend anybody to live at villa's at lake smart. And until this very day everybody is still polite and work orders are always on time. Thanks for having me as one of your tenant at apartment 4025 .thank you god bless enjoy the rest of year.

I have been living in theses apartments since 2014 and the mangers have always been nice and honest and any time there are any funds available from places that will you help pay rent the staff will always find away to find resources for me and family so that we don’t get behind.Theses apartments have great room space and it is very quiet the staff are easy to deal with and they will try to work with you when help is needed. It’s also affordable and when I needed my carpet removed it was an easy transition.The application process was very quick and easy.

I've been living here since October 2019. Like any other place it has its pros and cons. Over the years we've had different administrations trying to fix what other administrations didn't. Maintenance always been late fixing anything and always new guys.. Right now they are doing everything possible to fix everything with the new people. Honestly, I don't complain much cause the rent is way lower than any other places around. It is a very nice place to live for starters.. My only complain is the pool is always so dirty, they have it open but doesn't look nice to get in. Other than that it is a nice place to live.

I been living here for 7 years and when I tell you the wall get moldy and you roof paint starts to rip off and when you need them to check they say they will send someone they lie my family can get sick from the mold on the walls and here is proof that I live here and this is my apartment
