I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is NO SECURITY. No active officers on the property and the gate is ALWAYS OPEN! There are stray cats to live under your vehicle and tear stuff from under your vehicle. The entire 2 years I lived there, the pool was NEVER open, so forget that amenity! No Amazon lockers or secure place for your packages. NO DEPOSIT BACK!!! Your move out will cost more than your move in! I paid an $800 deposit and they said I owed them over $1,100 at move out with minimal damage (counters and shower) all over the course of 2 years! They never sent me a letter about my fees, I found out through the collections company, who WILL NOT discuss the matter and just want your money. This apartment complex is a total scam. When you apply, the rent rates you see online are not the rates you’ll end up paying once approved. For example, if the rent is listed as $1,500, expect an additional $259 tacked onto your rent once you’re approved. But that’s not all if your credit doesn’t meet their standards, they’ll charge you a non-refundable security deposit of $750 and add $19 to your monthly rent. They’ve designed everything to nickel-and-dime you, adding fees for things you don’t even need. For example, the "alarm system" is completely useless just makes noise but doesn't alert you or send any notifications. And they offer cable, but I don’t even watch TV. As for pest control? A friend recommended Villas at Hannover to me, and even though I currently live in another state and plan to move in March, Kyndall made the whole process so easy. She set up a Zoom tour for me since I’m not able to visit in person yet, and she was incredibly informative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire tour. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I truly look forward to working with her in the future—if this level of service is how Villas at Hannover operates, I know I’m making the right choice! The entire team is great!

If you enjoy your sleep, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Don’t be fooled by the tour reviews. My family was excited to move in, but living here was a nightmare. From late May until we moved out, we dealt with constant ceiling noise—squeaky subflooring, stomping, running, and jumping at all hours. We slept 3–4 hours a night and tapped on the ceiling more than once out of desperation. We were then threatened with eviction. We were told we couldn’t file a complaint about the running because it involved an 18-month-old child, meaning we had to deal with both toddler noise and structural subfloor noise while still paying full rent. When I first moved in the pools wasn’t working for the first 4month of the summer, the pool on my side wasn’t open at all, the washer’s are always down. The Maintenance men are the only people that are pleasant, The ladies in the office are rude, Rent has additional charges that you have to pay for but I don’t use like cable The alarm system. Iv called up to the office twice about the gate not working Iv had several packages not able to be delivered because of it, the lady in the office kept arguing stating they wasn’t having gate issues but I’m letting her know fedex and UPS both used my gate code I pressed 9 and it wouldn’t open for them it’s been a week since and Iv still had gate issues with packages trying to be delivered
