Villas at Greenview West

The office agent was very professional and experienced in her job in touring and providing excellent customer service. Not too impressed by some of the appliances that doesn't get upgraded on the cosmetic body or replaced, it's big sore eye and not exceptable for what you're paying. Railings needs a replacement upgrade and some backyards need attending. The furnace vent on the wall is definitely a eye sore but can be covered, and the storm front doors some need replacement due to several dents. Besides that I'd love to rent a villa but at this time unsure do to those things mentioned. Seems like a very upkept property and would very much consider living there. Thanks for You!

The pool is just for show! Just to lure you in with crazy times. You can only swim 11am to 2pm and it's Saturday what! And then during the week doesn't open until 430pm!!! How many people swim at night? The dryer is messed up the lint trap is broken and it keeps ripping clothes, they keep bothering us for renovations but can't even fix the same maintenance things. One of my roommates outlets keeps destroying chargers she puts in it so we have stopped using it. They will put a piece of paper in your door saying we may come to eject you if you're late on rent though, and its THE CURRENT MONTH you're late on. I would like to take the time out to give praise and honor to whom it is due!! I was under a huge time restraint to find a place due to my landlord selling the property. I ran into so many obstacles in finding a new residence and was completely overwhelmed. Teerina Green who is the Senior Leasing Agent was absolutely phenomenal!! She made the process so smooth, and efficient!! She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand! she treated me like I was already a resident and not just a file! She was very friendly, welcoming, professional, transparent, possessed a wealth of knowledge, very proficient, competent, and she has strong communication and interpersonal skills! I would like to take the time out to give accolades and recognize the villas at greenview staff for their continued professionalism and customer service. The summer after I moved in, I began experiencing issues with my A/C unit. I notified the rental office and they sent a tech out and placed a portable A/C unit in my place. They informed me that the complex is experiencing a frequent issue with all A/C units but is working on solving this issue immediately. I have received emails keeping the complex informed about this issue. I recently had my A/C unit completely fixed and now my unit is operating above performance.
