Villas at Eagle Ranch

We have lived here for over a year now and our maintenance man, Avery is truly amazing. He came and shoveled all of the dangerous ice out of my driveway today so I wouldn’t fall with our toddler. He is AMAZING!

I'm a current resident at this property and have had such a great experience with their maintenance staff. Avery has gone above and beyond to help with any issues I have had in a timely manner. His attention to detail and knowledge are top notch.

Stopped by this community a few days ago to visit a friend. It was my first time here and upon entering was truly impressed. Nice area...quiet and very well maintained. While visiting my friend I got to meet the Maintenance Supervisor Leonard. If he represents the community then I must definitely say kudos. He was polite, welcoming and while tending to something in my friends home worked very efficiently and professionally. He even took the time to educate my friend on preventive measures. I will be considering this place for sure once my current lease is up. Great vibe and very nice and professional staff.

I loved it so much that I am now a resident. Anita was such a good Leasing agent. She is very personable and I enjoyed working with her. My daughter and I wanted to both become residents but the style my daughter wanted was going to become available too late. The good news is that she moved into the community right next door! It’s like we live together! I walk to her place every single day anyway because not only are these beautiful leasing homes but the overall area is just lovely! I am pleased with the Leasing office communication and the maintenance attention to detail as well. If you are looking to move I would recommend this place with both thumbs up.

Anita was so helpful. She was patient and waited over on hour to meet with my family. She answered all of our questions. We are excited about our family reviewing the Midland layout and becoming future residents. Thank you Anita for your patience and answering all of our questions.
