I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Georgia, the property manager! She made my entire move-in process so smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly flexible and always found solutions for any issues that came up. Georgia’s positive attitude, pleasant personality, and genuine care made such a difference. You can tell she truly values the residents and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you, Georgia, for making this experience such a great one!

Georgia is so amazing!!!! She really went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of when it came to renting the apartment here. I am greatly appreciated she is on the Damss Villas team. Please give her everything she wants!! She deserves it no matter it may be when it comes to this company. She has so much patience and understanding!

We have had an awesome experience so far with Villas. Georgia is incredibly helpful, supportive, and attentive. She really went above and beyond to help us iron everything out with our lease and helped us get exactly the unit we were looking for. The leasing office is really easy to communicate with and very flexible. We were recommended to move here by a friend and totally understand why! Can’t wait to be a part of this community!

I was originally trying to take the high road and not post a review. I tried so hard to work things out before coming here, but after everything I’ve experienced and hearing that other tenants have gone through similar situations, I felt it was time to speak up. When I moved into my apartment, it was filthy from top to bottom. The walls, ceilings, and carpets were stained, and the entire place smelled like it had been closed up for months. There was mold and mildew in the vents, the washing machine spit out rust, and there were dead roaches everywhere, even smushed on the doorway and ceiling. The appliances were old and barely worked. When I brought all of this to Lauren, the property manager, she accused me of lying even after I provided photos. I contacted corporate, who instructed her

Great apartments and it is a gated community! Lessing staff is always nice and profesional. Management is very good and maintenance is always hándled. I recommend to everyone. I love living here! I love everything
