Ms. Rita and the Maintence team have been such a blessing. Incredibly helpful and friendly always going above and beyond. Just passing by them while they were working or cleaning up they’d always have a friendly thing to say. Ms. Rita especially works way too hard. Always available and immediately helping with anything. The city’s water went out and they brought water and pizza. I really can’t say enough about them. As far as location, it’s less than 5 minutes from a Food lion and surrounded my a neighborhood that I could occasionally run in. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear if the neighbors closed their cupboards, but I never heard TV/music/shouting etc. The neighbors are quiet. Maybe I got lucky. Pool is nice; big. The guys in maintenance deserve a raise. My wife’s purse was unfortunately stolen out of our car. She had mentioned it to a maintenance guy driving by and by that afternoon, he had found it for her and dropped it off to us. Aside from this, every time I have talked to them just passing by or needing work, they have been so friendly and genuinely care about their residents.

Management is awful. Constantly sends out messages that seem to be written by an illiterate person. Always have people coming into your home but when you put in a maintenance requests, it takes them weeks to come. Has sent out images of dog poop. Started charging for washer and dryer that was originally included in your unit. Tells people they need to pay for things that are under regular wear and tear like window blinds. Huge bugs around, fights in the parking lot. Turns off water in the middle of the day. Constantly changing dates of things they say they're going to do. Can't keep track of anything, etc.

Abbington Hills is wonderful! The Leasing Office staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful! The maintenance staff is amazing. Repairs are always made in a timely manner, even on the weekends! The pool is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet. This is a great place to call home!!

I love this property especially the property manager Ms Rita and her assistant Juan was very helpful the unit Juan showed was beautiful Ms Rita the property manager answered all my questions and even assist in helping me with the application I am soooo looking forward to moving here 10/10 😊 Highly Recommend ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️The New Management is the 💣💣
