Jake & Joe brothers just fantastic! Inside & outside are very well maintained. I was a blessing God led me here. A little piece of heaven

Villa at Bridgepoint is a nice place. It does not have many units and that is why the environment is quiet and safe. If you like cats then you will see some in the neighbor and they don't bother anyone. The one I stayed was a studio. Everything was fine in this unit. It took me 30+ minutes to commute each way everyday, so I decide to move to another apartment closer to my office. If it would not be the traffic, I would not have moved elsewhere. Walking distance to Winn-Dixie and Dollar store. Less than 2 minutes to the near by McDonald's, Publix, and other stores. 20 minutes to the beach. This is a fine place to stay. Manager Jake is nice and easy to work with.

Been here for roughly 5 years and despite this being my first apartment complex I have no complaints. The manager Jake is kind and quick to fix any issue that arrives. Most tenants stay unless something better comes along so it can be difficult to get an apartment here but well worth the wait.

Villas @ Bridgepoint is remarkably nice, quiet and well maintained by Jake & Joe. Grounds are kept clean. Service repairs are done in a timely fashion. Quality is good for a 20+ year old property. Location is excellent! Close to Shopping, Freeway Access and Beaches are about 15-20 minutes away. Public transportation stops right at your front door almost! :-) A Great starter place if you're looking for your first apartment, looking to stay on a budget or, if you're in transition into the Jacksonville area. I have lived here (BridgePoint Villas II Bldgs 9-14) for 11+ years. It's a small, quiet community. Maintence Requests are answered within just a few hours (if not sooner)! Parking Lot & Grounds are well lit, clean & well maintained. Staff are friendly, respectful, & quite knowledgeable regarding repairs. It's quiet, safe & peaceful even being so close to a busy road.
