Manager is extremely helpful and friendly and the apartments are immaculately clean upon move in and well kept, the property is getting updated with nicer things all the time (like laundry units and such). And pricing is very decent for a two bedroom and Manager is willing to work with you on certain things.

Everything happend as it should. The property manager did every thing they could to get us a home in a timely manner. We really enjoy where we are staying and we have the property manager to thank. We are very thankful for the place we have. It's quiet and there's everything available nearby. Coming from someone that lived in Portland Oregon for 15 years. This area is so much better in terms of proximity. We have everything we need within a 10 min drive or a cheap bus ride.

I moved out from apartment 14, it has mold problems.I was told to spray it with bleach , it keeps coming back. After the apartment was empty, show the manager the mold spots, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. I was told I won't be charged for cleaning. Yet, I was charged for cleaning and painting. I tried to communicate with the manager, but in the end, she stopped responding to my emails. This apartment was painted before I moved in, clearly they know this apartment has mold issues but didn't fix it correctly. They just paint it over and call it good. The management is risking human lives by exposing the mold and keeping it a secret. I saw there were other tenants who posted the same complaint regarding the mold. I am still waiting for my refund back.

So I moved here in August, I wanted to really give it time to get to know the residents, landlord Rebecca. This apartment complex is pretty quiet, nicely kept up. The maintenance is very kind, helpful especially gorge. Rebecca goes above and beyond in making you feel welcome, that this complex is a community, on a note from someone who manages in customer service Rebecca has that down pat, my move in was smooth, fast cause of how organized she was. The only bad note on this complex is that trash piles fast cause of residents, non residents dumping. Thank you, Ashley.

Great, quiet apartments. Lots of kids so good for family's. Affordable and extremely helpful. But the hidden gem of this place is the front office lady Rebecca! She was kind, understanding and patient. She walked us through every step and helped us everyday she could when we're doing the paperwork and figuring things out. She makes you feel heard and seen and shows that there is people who are really here to help. 5 stars 🌟
