Absolutely loved working with Kathy & Kelli! A dream team! They were so both so informative and helpful. I loved their genuine energy and opinions, they weren’t pushy and really wanted to get me everything I was looking for. They even had treats in the office for my dog! Now that’s a win = Dog friendly complex! Excited to continue working with them for my future rental needs.

Lived here for a year, had no major issues. Anything that came up the front office was quick to assist me. Kathy was extremely friendly and made the move out process easy. The manager Kelli was very helpful when I had life circumstances change and after my lease went month to month before unfortunately having to leave due to job change. I would’ve stayed if I could !

My fiancé and I moved here in January, throughout the whole process Kathy has been amazing! She’s super knowledgeable and personable! It has been a very easy process thanks to her! We LOVE it here, the property as well as the apartment is very nice, so glad we can call it home!

Hello Goodmorning, I would like for Everyone to know I’ve been living at Villas of Blue Cove for 2 1/2 years it’s amazing out here and I feel so safe with my living status and my community. The Staff here is awesome with maintenance they always make sure your needs are met. And Especially The office staff Kathy Perez, she makes you feel so warm and safe she’s very respectful person with a smile she always make you feel welcome and greet you with a smile. I moved here beginning of January, Kathy made the process very smooth. She’s quick to respond to emails as well as any questions I’ve had. Her customer service is amazing. Maintenance is fast to fix any issues. If you request it in the app they are on it!
