A great place to live. A great family community. A safe and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to I 75 and good schools. I have lived here almost 11 years and no problems. Management and maintenance are great!! Always willing to help. Come see Kerrie (property manager) or Michael (assistant property manager) if you need a.good place to live!!

I found this apt complex for my friend and she lives there now. I love it! Very quiet, peaceful neighbors, and dilligent leasing staff and maintenance team. Laundry center is wonderful-less expensive than other laundrymats. Peaceful pond with ducks occasionally. No bugs, no loud neighbor noise, no dog poop left out. Very safe, pleasant neighborhood, no parking issues. Excellent rent costs. Would definitely recommend❤️! Michelle

The staff Karrie and Michael are wonderful and personable. Whenever you walk into the office you will be greeted with their politeness, assistance and concern. My maintenance requests are resolved quickly. I am a very happy resident of the community. The grounds are kept beautiful and the community is a quiet hidden gem in Acworth.

I'm enjoying my quiet, peaceful apartment here at the villas. I enjoy coming home and relaxing. Our grounds are so beautiful and well kept, the maintenance team is friendly and always take care of what I need, I love our property management team Mike and Karrie, they are the best! You can tell that they enjoy what they do, it gives me peace knowing that I can go into the office and talk with either one of them and get results, let's just say that I'm a happy camper here at the villas and I am very grateful for my apartment.

The leasing manager at the apartments was so amazing and wonderful to me and my girlfriend who are going to be moving in soon thanks To them, we found a good place in our budget. He had answered every question that me and her asked with no hesitation so thank you to the Staffing there.
